Clinical Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow

(Full-Time)

Ascend Behavioral Center is a group psychological practice serving children, adolescents, and adults. We are currently seeking Postdoctoral Fellows to join our team. This fellowship is well suited for individuals seeking to deepen their skills in psychological and neuropsychological assessment and continue building strong therapy competencies across the lifespan.

At Ascend, we work with a diverse client population, including individuals with neurodevelopmental concerns, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related challenges, and life transitions. Job Responsibilities

Psychological & Neuropsychological Testing

Conduct assessments for clients ages 1 and older
Gain experience evaluating ADHD, autism, cognitive and learning concerns, mood disorders, and a broad range of clinical presentations
Produce well-integrated reports that meaningfully inform diagnosis and treatment planning

Therapy Across the Lifespan

Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, including play therapy when clinically appropriate, and treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and general life stressors.

Salary and Benefits

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

(Full-Time)

Ascend Behavioral Center is a group psychological practice serving children, adolescents, and adults. We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team in a role that includes psychological and neuropsychological assessment, with the option to also provide evidence-based therapy, depending on clinician preference and practice needs.

Our clinicians work with a broad range of presenting concerns across the lifespan. We are looking for a psychologist who approaches clinical work with care, thoughtfulness, and professionalism, and who demonstrates reliability, follow-through, and sound clinical judgment. Psychologists at Ascend are supported in providing thorough, ethical care within a collaborative and respectful environment.

Job Responsibilities

Psychological & Neuropsychological Assessment

Conduct comprehensive assessments across the lifespan
Evaluate ADHD, autism, cognitive and learning concerns, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and broader clinical presentations
Produce high-quality, integrated reports offering diagnostic clarity and individualized,

actionable recommendations.

Therapy Across the Lifespan (Optional Based on Clinician Preference)

Clinicians who wish to include therapy may provide evidence-based treatment to:

Children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
Individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, emotional/behavioral challenges, general stress, or relational/life-transition difficulties

Leadership & Growth Opportunities

Salary and Benefits

Starting salary: $100,000–$170,000

(commensurate with experience and assessment expertise)
